·         Swedish massage – This form of massage is very gentle in nature. Therapists use deep circular movements, long strokes, and other techniques like vibration and tapping to de-stress your body. The whole process energies your body and is a really great way of distressing too.

·         Aromatherapy Massage – You want to boost your mood and reduce your stress and anxiety, this is the perfect massage for you. This massage is majorly effective in emotional healing. This massage uses the strokes of combined soft and gentle pressures with aromatic oils. This massage generally lasts for 60 -90 minutes.  Do not go ahead with this if you are sensitive or allergic to the smell of essential oils.
·         Trigger Point Massage – People with chronic pains should indulge in this trigger point massage. Our body has certain trigger points which can be cause for pain. This massage focuses on relieving your stress through these pain points. This massage uses broad, flowing strokes in gentle and strong deeper pressure points. 
·         Reflexology – A perfect massage to relax your natural energy levels. Reflexology uses gentle to firm pressure on different pressure points of the feet, hands, and ears. You can wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to your legs. A reflexology massage lasts for 30–60 minutes.
·         Shiatsu Massage – This category of massage works on the whole body but your therapist might want to focus on focused areas of our body. This Japanese massage helps to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. They also work great in relieving headaches and muscle tensions.
·         Thai Massage – An active form of massage which wants to reduce pain and stress. The therapist uses their palm and fingers to apply pressure on your body. The Thai Massage uses stretching and twisting of your body to relieve stress and promote flexibility and energy levels.
